|approx. 7 dl||water|
|0,5 dl||balsamic vinegar|
|1 tsp||rosemary (dried)|
|100 g||grated goat’s cheese (or pieces)|
Peel and slice the beetroots and chop the onion. Fry them in oil in a pan for a few moments, add the groats, and stir. Add half of the water and the seasoning. Let simmer for approximately 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, and adding water gradually. Finally, sprinkle over the grated cheese and let melt. Chop the fresh rosemary and sprinkle it over the top.
