Sweet Porridge Dessert

2 portions of porridge made with  Helsinki Mills Organic Gluten-free Rolled Oats
200 ml cream
400 ml strawberries
1 tsp vanilla sugar

Cook the porridge according to the instructions on the package and place in the refrigerator until cold (or use left-over porridge). Put the cold porridge and other ingredients in a bowl and whisk until light and fluffy.
