Ingredients
Crust: | |
100 g | butter |
2 dl | Helsinki Mills Organic Oat Flakes |
1,5 dl | Helsinki Mills Organic Wheat Flour |
0,5 tsp | salt |
Filling: | |
2,5 dl | grated cheese |
150 g | ham, cut into strips |
2 | eggs |

Instructions
Mix the dry ingredients together. Add the butter to the dry ingredients and rub together until a dough forms. Grease a pie dish and press the dough into the bottom and the sides of the dish. Bake the crust at 200°C for 15 minutes. Mix the ingredients for the filling together. Spread the mixture onto the partly baked crust and continue baking at 200°C for another 20 minutes.
Tip: If you would like a vegetarian quiche, swap the ham for mushrooms or onion.
