|150 g||ham, cut into strips|
Mix the dry ingredients together. Add the butter to the dry ingredients and rub together until a dough forms. Grease a pie dish and press the dough into the bottom and the sides of the dish. Bake the crust at 200°C for 15 minutes. Mix the ingredients for the filling together. Spread the mixture onto the partly baked crust and continue baking at 200°C for another 20 minutes.
Tip: If you would like a vegetarian quiche, swap the ham for mushrooms or onion.
