1 sachet | Helsinki Mills Overnight Oats Blueberry-Raspberry or Apple-Raspberry |
200 ml | yoghurt or plant-based yoghurt |
1 | banana |
100-200 ml | berries |
toppings: | |
fresh berries, nuts, seeds etc. |

Instructions
Put banana and berries into the bowl and mash. Add overnight oats mix and yoghurt and mix well until smooth. Serve in a small bowl or tall glass. Top with fresh berries, seeds or nuts.
