Oat Muesli Crispbread

5 dl Helsinki Mills Gluten-free Oat-papaya Muesli
2 eggs
1 tsp salt

Measure the muesli into a bowl and break in the eggs. Add the salt. Mix until even.

Line an oven sheet with baking paper. Pour the mixture into the middle of the oven sheet. Place another sheet of baking paper on top and roll into a thin layer. Remove the top sheet of baking paper before baking.

Bake on the middle shelf of the oven at 175 degrees Celsius for 40-50 minutes, or until the surface is crisp. Cut or break into suitable pieces.
