Ingredients

5 dl | water |
50 g | yeast |
2 dl | Helsinki Mills Organic Oat Bran |
2 tsp | sugar or syrup |
1 tsp | salt |
8-9 dl | Helsinki Mills Organic Wheat Flour |
0,5 dl | rapeseed oil |

Instructions
Dissolve the yeast into lukewarm water. Mix the oat bran into the liquid and leave to stand for around 5 minutes. Mix the salt, sugar, and flour gradually into the dough. Add the rapeseed oil towards the end of the kneading stage. Let prove in a warm place for around 15 minutes.
On a floured surface, form rolls from the dough and let them rise under a cloth for another 30 minutes. Moisten the tops of the rolls with water and sprinkle oat bran on top. Bake the risen rolls at 225 °C for 10-15 min.
