Mango Salad with Oat Groats

2 red onions
2 cloves of garlic
1 mild chili
2 tbsp rapeseed oil
1 dl red lentils
3 dl Helsinki Mills Oat Groats
5 dl water
½ – 1 mango
juice of ½ lime
1 tsp salt
ready salad mix
fresh coriander

Chop the red onion, garlic gloves and chili and fry for a moment in the oil. Add the oat groats and lentils, and toss them in the pan for a few minutes. Add the water, lime juice and salt, and let simmer for approx. 15 min. Peel the mango and cut it into cubes. Slice the coriander. Combine the groats, cubed mango, salad mix and coriander, and mix together.
