Ingredients
200 g pitted dates or soft figs
0,5 dl coconut oil
2 dl Helsinki Mills Organic Fruity Muesli
1 dl Helsinki Mills Organic Oat Flakes
1 tsp vanilla sugar
1 dl cashew nuts
Instructions

Place the ingredients into a food processor and blend until they form a smooth paste. Place the paste between two sheets of baking paper and roll into a thin layer. Cut into portions and store in the refrigerator until snack time.
