Crunchy Snack Bars

100 g butter
1,5 dl raw cane sugar
0,5 dl light syrup or sugar cane syrup
3 dl Helsinki Mills Organic 4 grain Flakes
1 dl Helsinki Mills Organic Oat Flakes
1 dl Helsinki Mills Organic Fruity Muesli
1 tsp vanilla sugar

Melt the butter in a saucepan and add the raw cane sugar and light syrup. Heat. Remove the saucepan from the heat and add the other ingredients. Stir until evenly mixed. Press the mixture into an even layer in a rectangular dish lined with baking paper. Let set in the refrigerator for a few hours or overnight. Cut into bars or portions.
