|25 g||fresh yeast or 11 g dry yeast|
Combine the wheat flour, oat flakes, dry yeast, sugar, and salt (if you are using fresh yeast, dissolve it into lukewarm water and then prepare the dough in accordance with the instructions). Add the dry ingredients to lukewarm water. Add the oil. Knead the dough firmly until smooth. Cover the bowl and let prove for 30 minutes.
Shape approximately 20 sticks of dough, each one finger’s width. Put the sticks in a row on the worktop and brush them with water. Roll the sticks in seeds or dried herbs, or sprinkle coarse salt over the top. Place the sticks on an oven sheet and bake at 225°C for 10 minutes.
