Ingredients
Pie crust dough:
150 g butter or margarine
1,5 dl brown sugar
0,5 dl Helsinki Mills Organic Oat Bran
1,5 dl buttermilk
3,5 dl Helsinki Mills Organic Wheat Flour
1,5 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cardamom
For greasing:
1 tbsp butter or margarine
2 tbsp Helsinki Mills Organic Oat Bran
Filling:
3 large apples, cut into segments
1 tbsp lemon juice
For topping:
50 g butter or margarine
30 g white chocolate
75 g brown sugar
2 dl Helsinki Mills Organic Oat Flakes
Instructions

Melt the butter or margarine in a saucepan. Add the brown sugar and oat bran and stir until evenly combined. Mix the baking powder and vanilla sugar into the flour, and then add the flour to the saucepan. Mix until it forms a smooth, even and spoonable dough. Grease a pie dish and sprinkle over the oat bran. Press the dough into the dish.

Cut the apples into segments. Squeeze the lemon juice over the apple segments to stop them from turning brown. Arrange the segments nicely on the crust.

Melt the fat for the topping in a saucepan, mix in the chopped white chocolate and sugar, and let melt for a moment. Mix in the oat flakes. Spread the mixture over the apples.

Bake on the bottom of shelf of the oven at 175 degrees Celsius for around 30 minutes or until a beautiful golden brown. Enjoy warm or cold with vanilla sauce or ice cream.
