Helsinki Mills Gluten-free meal oats, vegetables

A pre-seasoned oat mix that can be used as a quick and easy side dish or as a vegetarian meal on its own. High in fiber, flavour, and texture! A Finnish alternative that can be used in all rice and pasta-based meals. Add the mix to boiling water and cook for approx. 15 minutes. Made from gluten-free oats, so it is also suitable for gluten-free diets.
