Helsinki Mills Gluten-free Steel-cut Oats

Made from Finnish gluten-free oats, high-fiber Kaurarouhe oat groats are excellent for using like rice and couscous in side dishes, or as a staple in meals and porridges. When used as side dish, the coarsely ground oats take approx. 8-10 minutes to cook, and when cooked into a porridge, they take 25-30 minutes.
